The grill is officially up and running for the spring and summer and that’s made us excited about trying new cuts of steaks and other meats to try. Tonight we had charcoal steaks that came highly recommended from the crew at Clancy’s.
Charcoal steaks are cut from the top of the shoulder and have a vein of tougher fat that runs through the middle. You definitely want to cut around it but it’s very much worth the effort. The steaks were really tender and juicy. The perfect way to end the week.
