Garden Planning- Final Plan

We just finalized our plan for what we want to grow this summer.  TA-DA!
The whole right hand side of the yard is new along with the small patch of garlic along the side of the house.

We went back to what we do best in the main space with a variety of tomatoes and squash.  I’d still like to try and grow some lettuces.  I’ll see if I can get them to work in some pots on the patio or something.  I haven’t had the best luck with it the last couple of years but I think they’ve been placed in too much sun with not enough water (or attention).

I’ll keep you posted with any additions.  Time to start figuring out when to start seeds!

  1. I read somewhere in Pinterest that you can cut the bottom 1-2″ off of a celery stalk from the grocery store, plant it cut side up and it will grow and you can just keep cutting it there and it will keep growing! I am going to try that this year.
