Food in Jars is written by Marisa McClellan and like the name implies, she has a lot ideas for people new to canning and preserving all sorts of food.
She also has recipes for things like salsas, salads and baked goods too, so even if you’re not sure about canning and preserving you’ll be able to find something to float your boat.
