Hi! Check out my awesome lunch from today. It’s a fried BLT and I think I scarfed it down in about 5 minutes. So, so good! Fried tomatoes are happening in my kitchen soon.
I picked it up from Moral Omnivore. A new food truck this summer. They have a good selection of local foods and good veggie dishes for any of you vegetarians out there.
